CANCELLATION OR LATE RE-SCHEDULE POLICY
All spa services need to be guaranteed with a credit card. As a courtesy to our therapists, please reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations received within 12 hours and no-show appointments will be charged in full. Group reservations of 5 or more people subject to contracted agreement.
